Totum staff acted as Construction Managers for the 135,00 s.f., $14M, ground up retail and office building at the Farmers market in Los Angeles. Design and construction management included the coordination of tenant improvements (Gilmore Bank, Organized Living) and lobby interiors (Staff with 3DI).
