Totum staff provided Project Construction Management services for the Gym portion of the Janss Mall in Thousand Oaks. The pool was completed in an astounding 60 days from start to finish.

Totum also acted as Construction/Project Managers for a new 5,500 sq. ft., $1.9M, community center in Northridge, CA.  The project was built on DWP land, featured a community garden, gazebo, full CCTV systems, sustainable design elements and a gymnasium. It was reached substantial completion in 11 months and had less than 5% in change orders.
