Totum provided Construction and Project Management services to an international investment firm providing oversight to a condominium development in Palm Springs, CA.

Totum has been assisting ING/Concert Realty, since 2007, with this semi-custom home residential development in Palm Springs, CA.  The development consists of 57, $2-3M homes, each between 3,000 - 4,000 sq. ft., and public right-of-way improvements.  Services rendered include design oversight, construction management and entitlement coordination for the homes and the surrounding public right-of-ways.
