Totum provided Construction Management & Entitlement services from the bid process through completion, to the University Synagogue for the renovation of existing spaces and a new 2-storey, 9,500sq. ft. wing to a bleak, dated structure located on Sunset Boulevard in Brentwood, CA. The synagogue remained in operation during the time of construction.  Project hard costs were +/- $6M and the timeline was from April 2008 to September 2009.
