The Children’s Bureau of Southern California involved the adaptive reuse of an existing warehouse in inner-city Los Angeles. The project consisted of the conversion of a 47,000 sq. ft. tilt-up building into a mixed use facility that included offices, a community center, an interior mall with tenant spaces, and a daycare center with an 8,000 square-foot playground developed on an adjoining lot.
