The Zenergy house was designed and built using the most cost effective green practices. Services rendered include design, material selection, and budget/cost estimating. The owner stated that "this high performance green home combines [the] Energy Star program with environmentally responsible design and construction to create a zero energy, healthy, whole house remodel."
