Totum acted as Project Managers for a new $1.2M outdoor swimming pool complex (completed May 2006) and assisted with a $65M, 3 year expansion.

Totum acted as Program Project Managers for this 2-phase, $60M multi-building expansion and historic renovation of a private school campus in Pasadena. Over 12 structures including new classrooms over a subterranean garage are included.
